Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the box in a form on https://zdes.digital, I freely and in my own interest consent to Alexander Nikulin, an individual entrepreneur registered in Russia and operating as ZDES Digital (Nelidovo, Tver Region, Russia; enquiries@zdes.digital; the “Operator”) processing my personal data on the terms below.

What data

My name, email, and phone number or Telegram handle if I gave them; my company or sole proprietor name and tax ID (INN); the text of my request and messages; my plan and payment details; and technical data (IP address, browser data and cookies).

Why

To answer my request, set up and run my membership, take payments, and email me about my membership.

What can be done with it

Collection, recording, organizing, storing, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (sharing, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automated tools.

Who else processes it for the Operator

Beget (hosting and databases in Russia), YooKassa (payments and receipts), RuSender (email delivery), and Yandex (email and analytics). Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation.

How long, and how to withdraw

This consent lasts three years from when I gave it, or until I withdraw it. To withdraw, email enquiries@zdes.digital. The Operator then stops processing and deletes my data within 30 days, except data the law requires keeping longer (such as payment records).
