Privacy policy
Updated: Oct 10, 2026
The personal data operator is Alexander Nikulin, an individual entrepreneur registered in Russia and operating as ZDES Digital (“we”). Website: https://zdes.digital. Questions about your data: enquiries@zdes.digital.
This policy is published under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. It explains what we collect on the site and when you join a membership, why, and how we keep it.
What we collect
Inquiries. In the “Let’s talk”, waitlist and Enterprise forms you share your name, a contact (email, phone or Telegram) and your message. We also save the page you sent it from and the site language.
Membership. Your name, email and, for the Agency plan, your company; the plan and track you chose, your payment and email history, and messages to your producer.
Payments. You enter card details on the YooKassa page — we never see or store them. YooKassa sends us the payment status, a saved payment method ID for auto-renewal, the card network and the last four digits.
Messages. If you email us or write on Telegram, we receive what you send: your name or handle, contact, text and attachments.
Technical data. Our servers keep standard logs: IP address, browser and device type, and the time and address of each request. We use them to run and protect the site, not to identify you.
Cookies and trackers. Yandex Metrica collects anonymized visit stats: page views, referrers, devices, click maps and session replay (Webvisor). It sets service cookies (_ym_*); you can turn them off in your browser or by blocking mc.yandex.ru. No ad pixels.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your inquiry and help you pick a plan — with your consent, which you give by sending the form.
- To set up and run your membership: take payments, renew it, email you about it and handle your tasks — to perform our contract.
- To issue receipts and keep records — because the law requires it.
- To understand which pages people read and keep the site secure — with your cookie consent and in our legitimate interest.
We never make decisions with legal effect on you based solely on automated processing.
Where your data lives
Personal data is recorded, stored and processed in databases on servers in the Russian Federation.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us deliver, and only what they need:
- Beget — site hosting, servers and databases (Russia);
- YooKassa — payments, auto-renewal and receipts: your name, email, the amount and what it’s for;
- RuSender — membership emails: your name, email and the message;
- Yandex — email (Yandex 360) and analytics (Yandex Metrica);
- Cloudflare — delivers videos and images of our work: it sees your IP address and request details, never your form data.
We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. We may disclose it when the law requires.
Embedded content
Some News posts embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo and other platforms. When you play them, those platforms may set their own cookies and collect data under their own policies.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and messages — as long as we need them to reply and work together, and no longer than three years after your last contact.
- Contract, payment and receipt records — five years after your membership ends, as Russian accounting law requires.
- Server logs — no longer than 30 days.
After that, or when you ask, we delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
How we protect it
Only people who work on your inquiry or membership can access your data. The site and servers run over HTTPS, and databases are key-protected.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, restricted or deleted, and withdraw your consent — email enquiries@zdes.digital. We reply within 10 business days. You can also complain to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.
Children
The site isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
