Sign-offsYou have two business days to respond to a delivery, then we send a reminder. No reply a day later, and the work is accepted automatically so your slot moves on to the next task. While we wait, the slot stays taken, and those days don’t roll back.
Brief and referencesEvery task starts with a brief and your materials: brand guide, references, copy, specs. Materials come as files attached to the task in your dashboard. A producer reviews the brief before the task joins your queue. We check the work against the brief and materials: that’s the definition of done. Missing materials? The task waits without taking a slot. Materials sent after the start become a new task or an add-on.
Art directionArt direction comes with the membership: we propose a visual direction for your brief and brand and carry it through to the finish, with your feedback shaping it in the revision rounds.
RevisionsRevisions come as one list per round. Anything that departs from the brief or your materials is a fix: free and outside your rounds, and we check every reference. New wishes that aren’t in the brief use a round: two per task, two per stage on L projects. Extra rounds are billed separately and push your queue back.
Changes to an L projectL projects run in stages, each signed off on its own. Change something already approved, and that stage plus every stage after it gets reworked. We price it stage by stage, as a light, moderate or full rework, and you get the estimate with the total and the new deadline before any work starts. Same rule on every plan.
AcceptanceIf work is accepted automatically, you have three business days to flag anything that departs from the brief. After that it’s final, and changes become a new task.
What you getFinal files in every format from the brief, plus exclusive rights to the result. Working source files (layered layouts, models, edit projects) and our tooling (scenes, rigs, AI pipelines, prompts) stay with us.
Month’s endUnused time doesn’t carry over, and there are no pauses. An L project already in progress continues next month if you renew.
Outside costsShoots, talent, voiceover, music, licenses and media spend are billed separately: your producer sets the amount in a dashboard offer, and nothing is spent without your OK.
Off-catalog workAnything not in the catalog is a separate project: your producer sets the price and timing in a dashboard offer.
SeatsEach plan has a limited number of seats. When they’re taken, we open a waitlist.
